A marketplace of Bali property — villas, apartments, townhouses, land — on the same custom engine as Domlivo, our live marketplace for Albania. The code is fully ours, so pages open fast and new features ship in days.
Buyers will reach it the way they already reach Domlivo: through Google in their own language and through AI assistants that read the site's structured data and cite its pages. A visitor like that has usually compared districts and prices before writing, so the enquiry tends to name a budget and an area.
We are selecting the agencies and independent agents to launch with. You bring the inventory and close deals on the ground; we bring the buyers and the technology. The share of the sale is agreed with each partner before launch.

An enquiry becomes a WhatsApp or Telegram message with the listing and the visitor's journey on the site. On Domlivo, partner agencies get leads in a chat of their own.

We get paid for results. No sale — no money for us.
You apply

We import your listings
Send them as a feed, a spreadsheet or a link to your site. We import, translate into the buyers' languages and publish. Placement is free; your agency is named on every listing.
Buyers find you
From launch day the platform promotes every listing through search and AI assistants. Enquiries about your properties go to you.
A deal closes
You close the sale; we receive the agreed share. There are no other payments to us.
The share of the sale is agreed individually with each launch partner, in writing, before the platform opens.
