Kavaja sits a few kilometres inland from the coast, on the Durrës-Rrogozhinë road, and lives all year round: railway, market, schools, health centre. Golem, Mali i Robit and Qerret are its beaches, but prices in town are a different market from the first line - lower for the same floor area, without the sea-view premium.
In the catalog: 1+1 and 2+1 apartments in town, private houses with land in the surrounding villages, warehouses and commercial buildings along the main road and at the entrance to town, plots for construction. For this area we do not yet have price series from independent sources, so use the asking prices in the listings as a guide.
For the beach, look at Golem and Qerret, ten minutes away by car.
