Kavaja is the town behind the beaches of Golem and Qerret: apartments cheaper than on the coast, houses with land in the villages and commercial property on the main road.
Kavaja sits a few kilometres inland from the coast, on the Durrës–Rrogozhinë road, and lives all year round: railway, market, schools, health centre. Golem, Mali i Robit and Qerret are its beaches, but prices in town are a different market from the first line — lower for the same floor area, without the sea-view premium.
In the catalog: 1+1 and 2+1 apartments in town, private houses with land in the surrounding villages, warehouses and commercial buildings along the main road and at the entrance to town, plots for construction.
