Spille lies about 35 km south of Durrës, in the Rrogozhinë municipality, with a beach several kilometres long, a pine belt and the lagoons at the Shkumbin estuary that keep building density low. What is on offer here is mostly land — farmland and building plots in Rreth-Greth, Vilë-Bashtovë and Spille Kodër, priced per square metre — along with hotel buildings on the front row and the first apartment blocks with studios, 1+1 and 2+1 units.
Prices are far below Golem and Qerret, but so is the infrastructure: the road from Rrogozhinë is the only way in and services operate seasonally.
