About Kashar

Kashar is Tirana’s western working edge — QTU, Tirana Business Park, warehousing — and its housing market follows the road rather than the city centre: €1,000–1,400/m² for new builds and €800–1,100/m² for resale. Diaspora buyers nearing retirement have been the steady demand here, drawn by space and the airport road. The two risks are the same thing seen twice: a lot of land, and a lot of it being built on at once, with the whole corridor competing for the same buyer.

The Tirana–Durrës railway is the upside everyone quotes, and it has not carried a passenger yet.
