Laprakë is one of the fastest gentrifying parts of Tirana. The trauma hospital, the American Hospital, the new regional bus terminal and the old airfield all sit here, and the driver everyone points to is the Tirana–Durrës–Rinas rail node. What we publish for it is the official band alone — 93,600 to 113,000 lek/m² — and that is deliberate.
The market does not yet quote Laprakë separately; it prices the area inside the Dritan Hoxha corridor alongside Bond Tower, so any per-square-metre figure you see attributed specifically to Laprakë is an inference rather than a measurement. That gap is exactly what makes it early, and also what makes it harder to value.
