About Farkë / Lundër

Farkë and Lundër sit south of Tirana around the TEG axis and hold the most expensive reference band in Albania: the Farka lake zone reaches 257,000 lek/m², roughly €2,620, four times what Paskuqan carries inside the same municipal field. This is not an apartment market, which is why it is quoted in whole prices rather than per square metre — Piccadilly at €690k for a three-bedroom, Rolling Hills Lake at €950k, Collina Verde between €950k and €1.3m, Farka Lake Shore from €1.22m to €1.73m. The tenant base is expatriate management on executive packages, and new gated schemes appear every few months, which is worth remembering before assuming scarcity will hold prices up on its own.
