Durrës rents swing with the beach season. Listing data for 2026 put a 1+1 at €250–400 a month on an annual lease, €400–600 in summer and €200–350 in winter. A flat let short-term in July and August and long-term the rest of the year can beat the long-term yield, at the cost of management fees and empty weeks.
