What is missing

Gaps we know about: questions we have no reliable data for yet.

  • No official Albanian guidance says whether foreign state pensions are exempt from income tax.
  • The date from which ZUS will pay pensions to Albania under the 2026 agreement is not published.
  • No official consumer basket for a pensioner exists; food and transport are left out of the budget.
