1+1 and 2+1 apartments in Building B3, Qerret Residence, with instalments

Apartments under construction in Building B3 of the Qerret Residence, two hundred and fifty metres from the sea. The project comprises twenty residential blocks with two underground parking levels and four residential floors each, a hotel, and bars and restaurants within the complex. Building B3 has thirteen apartments per floor on floors 1 to 5. The 1+1 units are 67.3 m² gross and 58.8 m² net: a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The B-row layouts differ only marginally from those in A1 and A2 — the one-bedrooms are a square metre smaller, the two-bedrooms a fraction larger. What matters more is the block's position: the letter rows run back from the sea, so ask how far B3 stands behind the A buildings and whether its upper floors see over them. Prices start at €1,300/m². Payment is 30%, 30%, 30% and 10% across a period of up to six months.
