Since A1 and A2 offer identical flats, the choice between them is about where each block stands on the site — nearer the beach side or the road, and what it looks onto. Ask for the site plan before choosing a building, not just the floor plan. Prices start at €1,300/m², with payment in four instalments of 30%, 30%, 30% and 10% over up to six months. The rate for a specific floor and the contractual handover date should both be confirmed in writing.
