1+1 and 2+1 apartments in Building A1, Qerret Residence, 250 m from the sea

Apartments under construction in Building A1 of the Qerret Residence, two hundred and fifty metres from the sea. The development is planned as twenty residential blocks over two levels of underground parking, each with four residential floors, together with a hotel and with bars, restaurants and resident services inside the complex. Building A1 has thirteen apartments per floor on floors 1 to 5. The 1+1 units are 68.4 m² gross and 59.6 m² net: a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The 2+1 units are 84.6 m² gross and 73.8 m² net: a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Every unit has a balcony; there are lifts and the cubic measurement is registered. Compared with Building 0.1 of the same development, A1's layouts are roughly eight square metres larger in each type — a real difference in a one-bedroom. Thirteen flats per floor, on the other hand, means a longer corridor and more units facing inland, so ask which positions on the plan are still free. Prices start at €1,300/m², paid in four instalments of 30%, 30%, 30% and 10% within up to six months. Confirm which floor and orientation the quoted rate applies to, and get the handover date into the contract.
