Several are on offer and the figure quoted is the starting size, so ask for the schedule of the actual units and their areas — they are not all the same. A studio this close to the beach is bought for letting more often than for living: it is the cheapest way into the complex, and the seasonal rental market on this stretch of coast takes small units readily.
